Project Manager with Healthcare Construction Experience

Construction Experience on Healthcare Projects Required- mSP, a leading Healthcare and Higher Education Capital Projects Program Management firm, is specifically searching for a Project Manager with previous Project Manager experience working on large Healthcare Construction projects providing day-to-day project Owner Representation for assigned projects. The individual will be responsible for the overall success of the assigned project from project inception to Owner move-in/activation. The desired individual will direct and supervises all activities related to Project Management, contract administration, communications, project team building, project budget and schedule development and maintenance, as required to ensure successful outcome of projects. Additionally individual will be responsible for completion of assigned projects in a quality, timely and within budget manner. The ideal individual will maintain a focus on exceeding Client needs and expectations. Job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field with8 years of construction, engineering, or design experience in healthcare; or 6 years of experience in project management, architecture, engineering or construction in healthcare.
