• Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
• Responsible for sprint planning including capacity planning, execution, coordination and risk management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Document and track key decisions, issues and risks associated with a project-on-project management platform /status reporting.
• Monitor and resolve issues that arise during project execution to safeguard impact to delivery goals/objectives.
• Follow established cadence with stakeholders and report project status reporting.
• Manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Ensure Change Request documentation and communication is completed following the standardized workflow.
• Communicate and implement any change requests effectively.
• Responsible for consulting the client with the industry’s best practices as well as project management and practices.
• Documentation of lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of the Project Management practice
• Follow Agile deliverables/ceremonies as outlined.
• Observe RACI roles and responsibilities.
• Others as directed by custome
