What We Offer: β€’ Competitive salary β€’ Comprehensive benefits package β€’ Paid holidays and vacation β€’ Career growth opportunities β€’ Collaborative and supportive work environment β€’ Exceptional leadership team committed to your professional development Key Responsibilities: Project Management: β€’ Review construction contract documents and collaborate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and clients β€’ Lead fire sprinkler installation projects from estimation to completion β€’ Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and job costs β€’ Coordinate field staff, design team, and fabrication schedules to ensure timely delivery β€’ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications β€’ Communicate professionally with clients to build long-term relationships and resolve issues efficiently β€’ Organize kickoff meetings, track purchase/change orders, and attend regular project meetings Estimating: β€’ Estimate fire sprinkler projects based on specifications and drawings β€’ Perform hydraulic and hydrant calculations, layout seismic bracing and underground systems β€’ Prepare and submit accurate bids for the Sales Department β€’ Maintain and update job tracking databases Requirements: β€’ 1+ year of experience inProject ManagementorEstimatingwithin theFire Sprinklerindustry β€’ Ability to read and interpret construction and fire protection drawings β€’ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills β€’ Proficiency in managing budgets, job costs, and change orders β€’ Knowledge of permits, submittals, and RFI processes β€’ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ Capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities β€’ Familiarity with construction site coordination and fieldwork when necessary β€’ Comfortable using project management tools and digital file organization systems Ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values your skills and supports your growth?
