We are looking for a highly motivated employee for the position of a Project Manager/Product Owner that offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organisation that is shifting productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Develop and execute project plans in line with company procedures and client/contract requirements.
- Monitor project status, report progress, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive management and issue resolution.
- Establish clear communication channels for stakeholders while overseeing project timelines to ensure effective monitoring and control of deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards and processes.
- Facilitate product discovery workshops to define customer needs, product features, and requirements.
- Create user personas and detailed user flow maps to guide product development, ensuring alignment with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise features and create development roadmaps that balance customer needs, business value, and budget constraints.
- Develop proposals and craft pitch deck content that supports product strategy and business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, preferably in web or mobile development.
- Proven track record in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion, emphasising scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Experience facilitating workshops to identify customer needs, product features, and requirements.
- Proficient in writing product requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to establish effective communication channels and maintain project updates and feedback loops.
- Understanding of the technical feasibility of complex web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, or similar.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for clear communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
