As a Project Manager you will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of Projects (Orders) with significant technical complexity and commercial risk. The PM is accountable for project execution, on-time delivery, profit and loss & customer satisfaction. The PM is the primary customer contact and owner of the customer relationship for the duration of each Project.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the test bench refurbishment project on time, making sure that the site activities are in line with the test bench value proposition and budget.
  • Monitoring, coordinate and expedite all the internal processes, PO placement, the procurement cycle, TRS i.e., for test bench refurbishment material and services.
  • Working closely with the GT product leadership, Initiate the POs to AAJV or GEA for all the material connected with the GT development plan; monitor and track the supply through the different steps and entities.
  • Managing the integrated project development plan.
  • Identifying and promptly communicate discuss potential issues to the Project Director, always with a problem-solving oriented mindset.
  • Working with Project Director in identifying proper point of contact in each layer customer accounts and building relationship and act as focal point of project execution for such account. There are several layers and different client.
  • Integrating efforts with the Service PM and the GTS team active on the Project.
  • Reporting major KPI for managing projects to the leadership such as project deliverables, Rev Rec Plan/Result, Margin, Risk & Opportunity of project as needed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent from an accredited university and 3+yrs of experience in project management.
  • Proven records of Project manager, field service manager or Contract Management in industrial sector such as refinery and Power Generation industry
  • Travel as required to support order execution. Examples may include Customer visits, External Kickoff or progress meetings, key supplier visits, etc
  • Excellent business and financial acumen including proficiency with MS Suite products and SAP
  • Able to demonstrate technical knowledge of valves business and associated systems is preferred
