This role is a strategic and client-facing marketing leadership position within a fast-paced, fully remote creative agency environment. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end marketing projects for multiple brands, translating business objectives into clear strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will guide decision-making, ensure alignment on priorities, and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution across diverse marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and performance tracking. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, including defining priorities, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading strategic discussions and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and scope adherence.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery and prioritisation across projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver structured reporting and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Own budgeting, planning, and reporting processes to ensure financial and operational transparency.
- Guide clients in strategic decision-making and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or client services roles.
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies, defining KPIs, and building execution roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Strong background managing multiple brands or client accounts in parallel.
- Experience in budgeting, performance tracking, and marketing reporting.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, including high-stakes or complex industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-powered marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong English proficiency (native or near-native level preferred).
