Job Description
At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for passionate and driven Project Operations Coordinator to join our team. Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals.
The Project Operations Coordinator role will collaborate with cross-functional teams which involves overseeing project administration, including logging activities in the ERP system and managing exceptional parts requirements. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication with 3rd Party/OEM partners, reviewing quotes, tracking purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring revenue recognition alignment. Additionally, supporting the Order management team with spare capacity is essential.
This person will also support the transition to APAC/EMEA/AMS regional focus.Â
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Organize project documentation for accessibility and accuracy.
- Coordinate project timelines and data accuracy with stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Resolve project-related issues and customer inquiries promptly.
- Analyze order status, inventory levels, and project milestones.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
Qualifications
About you:
- Experience with Tier 1 or 2 ERP Systems, Lead to Order systems with experience in order management or project coordination
- Associate degree or certification in project administration, order management/fulfillment preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of order management structures and processes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Accurate data entry skills with technical accuracy.
- Willingness to work cross-functionally and build internal relationships.
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills, building trust through effective communication.
Pay Band
For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00
