Project/ Process Lead - Remote

We are a dynamic, global organization seeking a forward-thinking Project/Process Lead. The successful candidate should be able to serve as a liaison between DFIN's Service Delivery and all other applicable business units to provide guidance for all on ongoing Client Success activities. 

• Execute on DFIN's core strategies of streamlining and standardizing processes and communications. Leveraging technology while focusing on servicing our client's by providing value with measuring outcomes. 
• Understand client requirements in alignment to DFIN's capabilities for a successful outcome.
• Work with teams to coordinate the development of a process improvement plan to enhance operational and financial performance.
• Review, measure and forecast service gross margin and work with management on plans to improve profitability.
• Set direction and provide oversight into key DFIN internal initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all products and services. 
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of partnership.
• Gain a deep understanding of the services that are delivered to our clients and make recommendations to enhance the process in turn bringing added value to the client relationship.
• Serve as an escalation point for process and project implementations.

• MS Office proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint with emphasis in data and report creation. 1 year+ experience
• MS Power BI proficiency 1 year+ experience
• Work with collection of data to create and maintain reports and dashboards for business needs.
• Experience in Service Delivery and or Service Operations. 
• Proven ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking when analyzing and resolving issues.
• Passion for solving tough problems and learning new areas of the business.
