Project/ Process Manager - Remote

We are a dynamic, global organization seeking a forward-thinking Project/Process Manager. The successful candidate should be able to serve as a liaison between DFIN's Service Delivery and all other applicable business units to provide guidance for all on ongoing Client Success process improvements. 

• Execute on DFIN's core strategies of streamlining and standardizing processes and communications. Leveraging technology while focusing on services our client's value with measuring outcomes. 
• Understand client requirements in alignment to DFIN's capabilities for a successful outcome.
• Manage teams to coordinate the development of a process improvement plan to enhance operational and financial performance.
• Review, measure and forecast service gross margin and work with management on plans to improve profitability.
• Set direction and provide oversight into key DFIN internal initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all products and services. 
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of partnership.
• Gain a deep understanding of the services that are delivered to our clients and make recommendations to enhance the process to bring added value to the client relationship.
• Serve as an escalation point for process and project implementations.

• 3 years management experience
• Demonstrated history of delivering performance during periods of intense change
• Demonstrated focus on developing individuals and teams
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
