Project Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will act as a role model for the behavior required to support a quality & continuous Improvement culture.
• You will be maintaining quality management system correspondence to ISO 9001:2015 standard and Hitachi Energy guidelines.
• You will involve in drive quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in the organization and in execution projects ensuring compliance to customer, corporate or legal requirements and support projects in execution with project quality plans (PQP) and if required factory acceptance tests (FAT).
• You will liaise with Site Management team in reviewing inspection test plans (ITP) and inspection test records (ITR) from suppliers for correctness and completeness according to corporate and customer quality control plans (QCP).
• You will assist and coordinate in internal and external audits, coordinating with Operations team and Tendering to create and update customer feedback (TNPS).
• You will lead improvement projects, facilitate lessons learned, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and best practice sessions and sharing within the organization (PDCA, DMAIC, 8D).
• You will provide input to the Project reviews and ensure Quality aspects are covered, including to Tendering team when prepared quality aspect per Customer requirements.

• University degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or quality management an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in quality assurance/control and process improvement in projects or engineering environment
• Experience in Internal and External audits adhering to ISO 9001, Certified Auditor an advantage.
• Good hands in problem solving method; PDCA, RCA, 8D and preferable L6S (Yellow or Green Belts).
• Translating Customer quality requirement into Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Proficiency in communicating in English.
