We are looking for a dynamic and talented working student to join our quality team at Grid Solutions in Berlin. Working within the Project division (Grid Systems Integration) you will be supporting the Regional Quality Leader and the Quality team to improve customer experience and overall quality of our deliverables.

You will support the team in data visualization, continuous improvement projects and some dedicated support to project execution.

The position is located in our Berlin Headquarters, physical presence is required in office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collection & Analysis of data to propose improvements (Non-Conformity, Complaints, Feedbacks, Audits...)
  • Coordination and Management of the satisfaction surveys shared with customers.
  • Animation a Lessons Learned network & operating rhythm to contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Support to Project Quality Managers on active projects

Essential Criteria:

  • English fluent, German is a strong plus
  • Preparation for a master's degree, Engineering degree is a plus (or equivalent knowledge or experience)
  • Ability to use various digital tools, especially Excel, Smartsheet is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects respecting completion deadlines
  • Good writing skills, accuracy, and an eye for detail
  • Strong Analytical Skills
