Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Project Sales Representative who will report directly to the Vice President of Service. This role is responsible for new opportunity generation with our existing customer base, fielding inbound project requests, and quoting larger repairs. The successful candidate will evaluate systems and components to determine the necessary repairs, modifications, or replacements to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing project design cost estimates, project handoff documentation, material and equipment buyouts, and formal project proposals. Serving as the liaison between the customer and the service superintendent/project manager. Selling to facility owners, maintenance managers, and engineers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the mechanical contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems.
- Ability to evaluate technical components and design cost effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
