As a Project Sourcing Manager, you will be in-charge of planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for completing all projects within the designated budget and timeline. As Project Sourcing Manager, you will manage project goals, and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. Communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. Document the project's successes and failures and utilize them as improvements on future projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects related to MRO, Tooling, Rentals, Capital Equipment, and Transfer of Work (TOW) between two facilities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engaging Global Category Managers for Indirect Sourcing, sending RFQs to Global Suppliers, evaluating proposals, identifying cost savings opportunities, and managing contracts including termination and inventory obligations.
- Owning the operation of paying invoices, as well as problem resolution with suppliers while also including interaction and feedback to BPOs that manage the A/P process for the company.
- Placing and following up on POs, managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, managing problems and schedule changes, updating ERP, and advising functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in their own field
- Supporting industrial projects by negotiating services and materials related to new industrial equipment or buildings.
- Extending Global Suppliers to the site and updating SAP to utilize negotiated prices and contracts for the indirect and direct material scope.
- Creating a business case, communicate it, and seek approval for required Resources and tools.
- Developing a detailed plan, monitor, and track critical tasks/path, and report the progress of the project to the upper management. Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Performing risk management analysis to reduce project risks. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Driving higher level of fulfillment and on-time delivery with suppliers.
- Growing supplier engagement and adoption of the Ariba supplier portal across the site supply base.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing)
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in CAPEX Sourcing.
- Be well versed in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Project
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
