While a Project Specialist may be adept at scheduling and coordinating project efforts, they must also possess a comprehensive understanding of various departmental needs in all its form.

What you'll do

• You will accurately track and communicate project status to executives and key stakeholders.
• You will accurately forecast timing and resources across a range of projects.
• You will manage the daily activity of all campaigns, ensuring priorities are set, timelines discussed and resulting deadlines met.
• You will coordinate, meet and communicate with campaign stakeholders on a regular basis and serve as the key point of campaign contact.
• You will understand the project objective and strategy; leads the team in identifying, communicating, and developing solutions for any potential challenges up front.
• You will foster collaboration and positive conflict resolution amount team members.
• You will work within the project management system to ensure initial campaign requests have all necessary information and assets for teammates to execute the request.

You should have

• An Associate degree or equivalent relative experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent relative experience preferred.
• You have 3 years professional experience.
• You have previous project coordination in a creative agency or corporate environment.
• You have experience with project management software or prior traffic experience is helpful.
• You have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat.
• Experience in Workfront and Proof a plus.
• You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals within a corporate environment.
• Experience in a direct sales or network marketing company is a plus.
