Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to provide excellent document control skills necessary to create and maintain documents. This individual will need to have exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong word processing, technical writing and record keeping experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Develop and maintain documents for the Rack team such as ISO document, Corrective/Preventive Action Reports, etc. • Responsible for all rack project material organization, storing, tracking and schedule control • Manage and keep track of materials, schedule, deliverable, logistics and shipment • Maintain rack safety inventory control and set policy to maintain inventory health • Collaborating on the development of new campaign ideas • Check technical content, edit and produce graphics material on marketing / company documents. • Create graphics and presentations for marketing materials, collaterals and advertisements • Arrange team meetings, trainings, collect & post records of meetings & trainings such as attendance lists, training materials • Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards • Pro-actively identify and offer solutions to reverse negative trends

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field or equivalent work experience • Minimum 1 year of experiences in computer systems and rack systems is preferred • Proficient in the use in Adobe InDesign and FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.) • Excellent time management skills • Must be able to pay attention to detail and acquire superior organizational skill • Flexible and positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
