Project Specialist

How you make a difference: Our Project Specialist is an essential team member who can plan and organize projects to help carry out our promise on a granular level. You work closely with team mates and internal partners to create project timelines, communicate progress and track down needed resources. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver information and other creative assets in order to keep project timelines on track. You're flexible in dealing with unanticipated projects that have tight turnaround times by adjusting schedules for other projects and clearly communicating those changes to teammates. The Project Specialist works with project management tools to initiate projects, maintain documentation, relay feedback and communicate with stakeholders. Giving and taking direction from team members and internal partners comes easily to you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related field required.
• Three years of related experience; health care, advertising agency background, human resources or project management experience required, nonprofit experience a plus.
• Proficiency in working in project management software a must.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
• Must be diplomatic when dealing with challenging clients and teammates.
