Position Summary:
As the Project Specialist for Corporate Affairs, you provide critical and high-touch support to Arrow's Office of Chief Governance, Sustainability, and Human Resources (Office) key stakeholders. Through strong accountability, organization, and collaboration, you establish and maintain trust with Office key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Successfully provide Office key stakeholder concierge meeting preparation and follow through. By following a disciplined process, you proactively prepare for and follow through on cadenced meetings, including:
- Administration of cadenced meetings
- Administrative support for key meeting participants
- Client-service escalation resolution
- Liaison with key stakeholder EA support persons, if/as the case
- Ongoing process improvement
- Successfully provide administrative support to Office key stakeholders. Effectively oversee calendaring, expense management, travel coordination (front facing alignment with behind scenes Events support), technology support, and other-related administrative needs for Office key stakeholders. Work independently to anticipate needs and proactively solve issues of varying complexity, all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, judgment, professionalism.
- Successfully execute special projects for Office with respect to key stakeholders. Leveraging a developed and vetted plan, successfully deliver important project results. Make process-related decisions, where appropriate, and proactively share project status with senior-level stakeholders. Where bandwidth permits, also participate in broader corporate affairs initiatives.
- Optimize role-related processes. Where inefficiencies exist, innovate new procedures that adapt to new or evolving circumstances. Document process aspects of work and ensure proper cross-training among peer groups.
What We Are Looking For:
- Five or more years of experience providing exceptional administrative support to C-level executives.
- Tech-savvy capability and interest, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, presentation preparation, and meeting management.
- Effective time management, balancing several competing priorities while maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- High accuracy and organization of work product.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, make judgments, and provide solutions that foster seamless engagement with key parties.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and demonstrate ability to backup similar roles in support of C-suite executives.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $110,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
