What You'll Do
Keep our team ahead of the next "Big Rock" by consistently applying your adaptive organizational skills to:

• Support key initiatives through the entire lifecycle from ideation to implementation and continuous improvement
• Build strong partnerships and work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple physical locations to achieve success
• Build consensus and influence without authority; adept at conflict resolution
• Create processes to keep projects running efficiently without slowing down execution
• Document and track program risks and issues to resolution
• Drive for an aligned and clear definition of "done"
• Apply your attention to detail to create impactful presentations that surface the right information to decision-makers

You'll be joining Duo; the fastest growing SaaS business in the Security Business Group. You'll be a part of the global Duo go-to-market team who is integral in working across Duo, the Global Security Sales Organization, the Cisco Sales organization, and the Security Business Group.

Who You Are

• Looking for a resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working in a matrix environment.
• Experienced in managing multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with a track record of quality delivery and successful completion
• You have the insightful ability to make the complex simple and simple achievable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, executive communication experience a plus
• Can handle ambiguity and changing evolution of a FAST growing SaaS business.
• Able to simplify and focus on what really matters.
• Cybersecurity experience a strong positive.
• You see change as an opportunity when you're running with a team that you trust and care for.
• Have a positive attitude, and when faced with the choice of being right or being kind, will choose kind.
• Successful in effectively using productivity tools, experience in MS Office and Google tools is a strong positive
• Experience with manipulating large datasets a plus
