SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across an organization.
Work location: Hong Kong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with firmwide teams and End Users to plan and deliver major changes to the client desktop environment.
• Manage tasks for delivery resources.
• Report on progress.
• Capture and track RAID items.
• Use WS system for work item tracking to track and delivery items.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
• Experience using help desk call management system.
• Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in house and 3rd party applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
