About the position:

Essential Position Duties:

• Provide analysis, summaries, and resulting action plans.
• Has a fair understanding of the current Engineering Business operating system.
• Exchanges information and resolves issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of project related issues.
• Provides leadership, support and advice in order to successfully complete task.
• Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change.
• Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Updates records as necessary.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Regular attendance in the workplace is required for interaction with others and to support teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Possesses strong attention to details.
• Applies a fundamental knowledge of subject matter.
• Possesses strong verbal/written communication skills
• Good Computer skills.
• Possesses strong project management skills including, but not limited to:

• Planning and organization
• Leadership
• Process improvement
• Understanding of Bill of Material structure

About the schedule:

This position is 1stshift - 5% travel may be required.

About you:

• Associate's Degree or greater is preferred.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of Engineering Bill of materials is preferred.

About the total compensation package:

Salary-Salaries ranging from $52,125 - $66,831 per year depending on skill, education and experience.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• This is an entry-level position; no previous work experience is required. However, some previous project management experience is preferred.
