Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Worldwide Education is responsible for creating innovative training strategies, as well as the design, development, and delivery of technical and end-user training content across the MSI solutions/product portfolio. Our training services address the educational needs of our Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, enabling each group to be more efficient, effective, as well as ensure established business and operational outcomes are met.
Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Operations Project Specialist to handle NA delivery support operations, tasks, and functions. This role is responsible for International Regional Operations support Customer/Partner instructor-led training and virtual events held within the regions. The Project Specialist interacts closely with the Learning Delivery Team and the Learning Back Office Team to ensure on-time delivery of Motorola training commitments to our Customers/Partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage training delivery sessions in our company learning management system (LMS)
  • Manage enrollments, cancellations, and reschedule students in classes
  • Assist with the month end close process including creating google sheets for billing of services that are sent to finance for posting
  • Reconcile training activities scheduled in our learning management system (LMS) with those that the delivery team has scheduled
  • Provide course completion certificates to the instructors when required
  • Use Tableau to run billing and reconciling reports
  • Arrange catering, printing, and shipping materials (if there is a need) and other activities related to the live training sessions
  • Delivery Help Desk Ticket Support
  • Work with Learning Back Office and Customer Care to resolve issues in our learning management system (LMS) related to training delivery, student accounts, and course sharing with Audience types
  • Resolve customer complaints, determine the cause of the problem, resolve customer issues, expedite problem resolution, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Helping existing or new students navigate our learning management system (LMS)

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • OR 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: operations, business administration, customer service, or project management
