Project Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Leading and coordinating discussions on assigning available staff to projects by their skill sets previous experience career development and availability.

• Project support: Working closely with project managers and assisting them with any staffing needs.

• Sales support: Working closely with the business development team and providing availability information following the deals’ needs

• Capacity planning: Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan to staff accordingly.

• Monitoring and managing staff workload and utilization.

• Managing allocation conflicts.

• Overcoming staff shortages: reallocating assigning more staff etc; informing senior management of any issues related to the inability to meet clients’ needs due to scheduling.

• Supporting project managers when it comes to staff management issues or improving staffing processes.

• Preemptively identifying risks in project staffing and providing solutions and countermeasures.

• Manage staffing information in relevant systems/tools

• Planning requesting and monitoring staff availability

• Ability to use technology (Notion Excel analytics tools CRM etc.)

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• High-level understanding of blockchain and Ethereum

• Energy enthusiasm and drive to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in building and driving project staffing initiatives.

• Experience in working autonomously or in a remotely managed environment.
