Project Superintendent

· Pre-site projects given to you by scheduler · Schedule projects, crews and coordinate with homeowners · Make calls and update staff and customers of changes in projects daily and proactively · Coordinate with Clean Solar on all projects with a solar aspect · Work with crews to improve their abilities. · Help foremen become better, empower them, teach them to run efficient projects and lead their crews. · Be organized so when volume increases you are set up to handle increased demands. · Order materials, schedule delivers, demolitions, gutters and work with office manager collections and final billings. Ensure proper billing of all materials and provide office manager with corrections needed · Correspond with customers and crew members about project details, progress and where you can, ask for 5-star yelp and google reviews and encourage crews to do the same. · Conduct weekly safety meetings with crews and enforce our safety policies · Look for ways to save money for the company · Fill out job completion forms for each job · review timecards and make sure pictures are put in the project file at the end of each project · Do site visits to meet with crew and check in with homeowner · Collect money from customers as needed · Follow up on AR’s that are outstanding · Schedule all inspections with permit coordinator · Bring materials to crews and other project specific tasks that may be necessary. The Project Manger (s) will cover most of this. · Set up ladders or coordinate ladder set ups for inspections · Perform job site safety meetings and inspections · Help in other areas where needed at Clean Roofing · Enforce all procedures for roofers · If disciplinary action is needed, document all write ups in employee files · Provide change order billing to customers · Collect and enforce payroll with roofing crews · Help with office projects · Meetings with management team as needed · Drive efficiency of all clean roofing crews · Set up crews with housed materials to go out on their jobs · Coordinate repair estimates and inspections for customers wanting repairs with the repair coordinator help manage the schedule with the schedule coordinator Job Type: Full-time Pay: $104,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • construction: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Jose, CA (Required) Work Location: On the road
