Project Superintendent- Custom Homes

*** Do not contact Company directly *** Position: Project Superintendent- Custom Homes We are a construction company specializing in high end custom home projects in the L.A. area. We build ground up homes and do major remodels. We are currently seeking an experience Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the projects. You will work closely with our project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Ideal Candidate: -Excellent communication. -Highly skilled at reading and comprehending plans, material schedules, and project specifications. -Strong ability to lead projects to be performed in a timely manner with high quality craftsmanship. -High energy. -Desire to learn and grow. -Knowledge in all trades. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Excellent leadership and communication skills Job Description: -Oversee project from start to finish -Coordinate and oversee all subs and employees -Provide daily updates -Read and understand all plans and specifications -Coordinate material orders -Weekly meetings with client, architect, engineer, and designer - Oversee subs and employees - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent - Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment Requirements: *Must send resume- references are required *Must be able to pass physical; Manual labor & heavy lifting are part of this job *Must be able to pass drug test. *Must have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record *Must have reliable transportation and be punctual (company truck may be provided) This is a full-time position, with the possibility of some overtime. ***Pay based on experience, this is a W2 position.
