Project Superintendent

We are a General Contractor operating in Nevada. We are in search of a Project Superintendent to add to our team that can offer Commercial Project supervisory experience. This individual will be an integral part of our Southern Nevada operations; some travel for projects may be required to Northern Nevada. The primary focus of the Superintendent is to oversee all aspects of construction related to the project assigned. This is a full-time position, and hours are dependent upon workflow, project demands and deadlines. What we are in search of: • Commercial Construction experience required • Carpentry experience desirable • A minimum of 10 years in a Commercial Construction environment required • 5 years as a Superintendent in the Commercial Construction environment required, more preferred • Ability to read plans • Ability to verify submittals, specifications and field measure • Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple trades, including scheduling and quality control • Knowledgeable in the inspection processes for Nevada • OSHA 30 required • Experience with Jobsite Hazard Analysis • Ability to create and update a Project Schedule using software for scheduling • Experience with Bluebeam preferred • Knowledgeable in Procore, P6, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, Smart Sheets, etc. preferred • Experience using Microsoft Project of Project Planning Pro preferred • Video Call experience in Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other programs a plus • Comfortable in Microsoft applications and with technology desired • The site superintendent may be required to work different shifts and/or overtime dependent upon the project, scope and deadlines of the project • Travel may be required within Nevada for project assignments • After hours (nights/weekends) may be required for project assignments We provide: • Competitive pay • Overtime pay • PTO upon hire • Holiday pay upon hire • Auto Allowance • Equipment and Tools • Electronic Equipment • Logowear • Access to Healthcare, Dental and Vision benefits • Access to Profit Sharing • A strong Team environment • Diverse Client base Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Do you have the ability to pass a Background Screening and provide a clean MVR report?
