Project support Associate

We are looking for a Project Associate is a junior-level professional who will support Global PMO, Program Director and program project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring activities related to the e-invoice program. This position will work in various support activities and will responsible for tracking and documenting them. Project Associates provide administrative coordination support, maintain project pending lists, and assist with specific project coordination activities and monitoring.

Expected activities

Meeting scheduling

Creation of Meeting Minutes

Creation of Project documents

Creation of POs

Creation and support of technical and fucntional tickets

Qualifications

1 to 3 yrs of experience supporting administrative tasks

Recent Graduate, Computer systems engineering, International Relationships, General Administration

MS office and Digital acumen

Fully bilingual (spanish/English)

Service Oriented.
