Job Description
We are seeking a Project Support Manager to provide support and coordination for GMG’s commercial development and business transformation activities.
Specific activities will include:Â
- Identification, generation, collection and administration of data and information to support our response to commercial opportunities
- Consolidation of data and information, and reporting analysisÂ
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are metÂ
- Support for activities being undertaken to improve internal ways of working, with the aim of improving our commercial proposition. This includes supporting a current project looking to improving effectiveness and efficiency of GMG teams across these linked activities:
- Capacity measurement (Capacity model)
- Performance measurement (KPIs)
- Time management optimisation (releasing Leadership capacity)Â
- Support for internal GMG communications related to this workÂ
Qualifications
Required Criteria
- Degree in scientific or a related subjectÂ
- Demonstrable experience in working with data of different types (qualitative and quantitative), including detailed analysis and impactful verbal and written presentation to senior colleagues and stakeholdersÂ
- Demonstrable skills in the management of diverse stakeholders – including working with functional leads and subject matter experts to generate and identify different types of data and information, progress reporting to varied stakeholder groups in a range of formats, and an ability to flex communication style across different groups Self-starter, able to work independently, with a high level of personal organisationÂ
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Â
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Highly numerateÂ

NB: This role is on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Â
This is an office based, hybrid role, with an expectation for all employees to attend our offices a minimum of 4 days a month, usually worked as 1 day per week, and may increase, subject to team requirements.Â
