Project/Management Assistant
Job Description
Summary
Provides support to the Senior Management team in a variety of tasks which do not fall directly under any specific department’s responsibilities, making use of project management methodology.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project Management either by experience and/or educational
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Legally able to work in the U.S., pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
Important Personal Skills
- Eager to work and learn, capable of seeing opportunities and bringing them to fruition.
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization.
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Very good writing skills
- A good sense for figures and able to make clear calculations.
- Capable of building good working relationship with multiple colleagues / stakeholders
- Highly dependable and punctual.
Job Tasks
- Provide support to management and project management teams.
- Assist in the coordination of project and task schedules and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project and task progress and report on status to management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, distributing them to relevant parties.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring that information is shared accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of project budgets.
- Help to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or project managers.
