PROJECT
As part of our partner’s team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the leading Supply Side Platform (SSP). Â
This is a unique opportunity for a Project/Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech to significantly impact the evolution of digital engagement and advertising technology.Â

- Work closely with stakeholders to define key initiatives & tasks and drive them through the executionÂ
- Create and maintain a clear backlog with priorities for the team to deliver on the product strategy and visionÂ
- Define clear requirements for initiatives, epics, and user storiesÂ
- Carry out gap analysis of new requirements to ensure they are fit for purposeÂ
- Develop detailed project plans that indicate key milestones and activitiesÂ
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned efforts, schedule, and scopeÂ
- Identify and manage client expectationsÂ
- Resolve problems and escalate issues to maintain timelines and accountabilityÂ
- Develop a process to ensure that the team is working efficientlyÂ
- Set up metrics to monitor team performance and drive improvement initiatives Â
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure we are working as one teamÂ
- Provide written reports and updates to stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience working in Project ManagementÂ
- At least 1 year of Product Management
- Experience in the AdTech domain is mustÂ
- Advanced level of French and English is mustÂ
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesÂ
- Knowledge of PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Â
- Experience in defining the client’s business requirements and developing a possible solutionÂ
- Basic business analysis skills (requirements analysis, preparation of technical specifications)Â
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skillsÂ
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in software development projectsÂ
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycleÂ
- Experience in identifying and managing risksÂ
- Positive attitude with a passion for innovating, learning, and sharing knowledge
