Project & Program Manager-Global Digital Marketing Team

About our Team

The Global Digital Marketing Operations team ensures on-time execution of marketing programs. Our goal is to identify, understand, & communicate key deliverables. In addition; technical specifications, production, reporting requirements, & compliance with GDPR & Elsevier privacy policies. We manage the Marketing Qualified Lead process. Communicating key campaign milestones & progress/delivery status. Managing expectations & identifying potential risks while communicate/proposing solutions.

About the Role

A subject matter expert on each team within our Marketing Digital and Analytic group. The Program/Project Management Coordinator will manage internal digital projects from initiation through completion across our Digital, Campaign, Operations and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling daily workflow task assignments for internal associates, ensuring on time execution of digital campaigns.
  • Monitoring potential contact governance conflicts.
  • Tracking and managing creative assets.
  • Managing relationships with contracted creatives, outside vendors and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with team leaders to design project execution plans, monitor performance and recommend changes, cost adjustments and resource allocations.
  • Training stakeholders on tools utilized (Monday.com and W/O solution)
  • Administrating/Owning the Marketing Qualified Lead process, delivery of direct mail efforts and facilitation of webinars, and purchase order processing.
  • Communicating timelines and enforcing Service Level Agreements.
  • Leading or coordinating plans around resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Utilizing a deep understanding of each team's processes, systems, and resources.

Requirements
  • Able to work in highly organized, detail-oriented fashion and work efficiently to manage large project volumes with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to disseminate and communicate information in a accelerated work environment
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle pressure.
  • Able to coordinate with all team members and effectively convey project requirements.
  • Experience with MS Office and using Project Management Software (Basecamp, Monday.com)
  • Have an education in advertising, marketing, communications, or other related discipline with
    relevant working experience.
