Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Promotional Precision: Your primary responsibility is to methodically audit and optimize promotional data sets to guarantee their precise alignment with our print marketing materials. Your dedication to detail is instrumental in addressing any gaps in promotional data, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will work closely with teams spanning Merchandising, Club Operations, Finance, and Marketing. You will be responsible for identifying the root causes of discrepancies and instituting effective solutions through the promotion audit process.
• Strategic Partnership: Foster a strategic alliance with Merchandising and Marketing Operations teams. Your insights and guidance pertaining to promotional data systems and data flow are critical to the smooth execution of promotions and offers, contributing to our market success.
• In-House Expertise: As the subject matter expert, you will provide internal customer support to our Merchandising and Marketing Teams. Your proficiency in promotional data and offers will be pivotal in addressing their inquiries and concerns, facilitating efficient collaboration and swift issue resolution.
• Knowledge Transfer and Skill Enhancement: Assume a leadership role in providing comprehensive training to new members of the Marketing and Merchandising teams. Emphasize the nuances of promotional process and the effective management of promotional data. Stress the significance of investigative skills and rapid problem-solving abilities to ensure the seamless flow of promotions and offers, which are paramount to our vendor relationships and business prosperity.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention detail to prevent member facing issues.
• Constant collaboration and communication within the Marketing Operations team and with cross functional teams to ensure transparency which promotes trust and integrity through data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid business acumen.
• Takes initiative to grow and improve current process within the role.
• SAP experience preferred, but not required.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $59,000.00.
