What you'll do:

• Controlling Stock Orders, Inventory Levels, for Major Customers (Pergo Factory Outlet, Etc.).

• Participates in the district sales manager-training program to learn the products and operations of the Company and its agencies. Attends other courses as appropriate.

• Assists in planning and administering sales incentive programs, special sales contests and themes, awards and gift programs and similar duties as assigned.

• Assists with annual meeting. Develops theme(s), promotional materials, program format and itinerary.

• Researches and prepares articles for Company magazines.

• Keeps marketing materials up to date and develop new materials, according to product development needs.

What you have:

3-4 years experience in the related field that provides the incumbent with a broad knowledge of the principles, concepts, methodology, skills, technical methods and competencies of a professional/technical occupation.

Excellent Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
