Promotions Specialist

We are looking for a Promotion Specialist to help drive the execution of PrizePicks’ promotional functions by developing & delivering new processes to ensure our users have a positive experience. This role will report to the Director of Customer Marketing.

This is an entry-level role with salary, benefits & stock options.

• On daily basis, execute the launch of all promotions (free square, flash sales, payout boosts, etc.) using our back office tools & the distribution of the associated promotional rewards to members.
• Being the retention team’s liaison to the Customer Service department for all promotional initiatives and frequent shifts in promotional details.
• Help maintain and ideate the promotional calendar
• Expected to work weekends due to the nature of the sports calendar 
• Work with the retention and product teams to develop better tools and processes for the deployment of member rewards.
• Tracking performance & roadblocks of our promotional rewards system

• Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree

• Must be experienced in excel

• Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for stakeholders and getting initiatives over the line
