Property Accountant

We are seeking a an experienced accounting professional to fill a recent vacancy on financial reporting team. The Property Accountant responsibilities include ownership of monthly close functions and financial statement preparation for multiple communities, account reconciliations, and annual audit support. The successful candidate has a bachelors degree in accounting - minimum 3- 5 years full cycle accounting experience. Possessing advanced MS Office skills a plus.
