Property Host

Our New York hospitality team is the face of Mint House serving a frictionless experience to our guests. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Property Host to respond to day to day guest requests, greet our guests upon arrival, oversee the check-in process and perform any other duties to serve our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hospitality experience and excited about revolutionizing the hotel experience for the modern business traveler.

This is an onsite full-time position with an hourly rate of $28.00.

• Responsible to respond to day to day guest requests, issues, and other outreach to deliver a seamless experience to our guests in real time 
• Guide guests through the Mint House experience; deliver a personalized first impression upon arrival to exceed expectations
• Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and report any guest maintenance concerns or issues during a Mint House stay 
• Promote a guest-centric culture to drive exceptional results and a positive environment
• Assist with guest spaces upkeep, inventory management, and work with the team on ad-hoc projects
• Master our software to assist the guest stay

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in hotel environment
• Flexible schedule to assist with staffing coverage in the instance of call outs and is open to working evenings and weekends
• Multitasker; well organized and have significant attention to detail
