Property Manager

WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER IN HUMBLE, TX Job Requirements and Responsibilities for the Property Manager! • Apartment Industry experience isREQUIRED • Apartment Manager experience isREQUIRED, including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and development • Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners • Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses • Sales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customers • Investigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violations • Perform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the property • Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 300+ units • Stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organized • Stable work history isREQUIRED • Minimum high school diploma and some college; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required Benefits of the Property Manager: • Full Benefits! • PTO/Vacation/Sick Time • Rental discounts! • GREAT upward growth opportunity • Competitive pay Apply today for this Property Manager role!
