Proposal and Content Advisor

As a Proposal and Content Advisor at Desjardins Group Retirement Savings, you will play a key role in coordinating a variety of specialized support activities to help achieve sales objectives. Your expertise in communications best practices and project management will be invaluable as you oversee the creation of proposals and, when necessary, presentations for our strategic clients. Additionally, you will manage our proposal answer database, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all responses are timely, accurate, and aligned with our value proposition. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Work with content experts to draft and coordinate high-quality client proposals. 

• Maintain and update the Qvidian answer database, including reviewing and drafting answers, as well as entering and managing data. 

• Update regularly quarterly figures in templates and databases to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

• Generate sales reports on a weekly and quarterly basis to support business decisions. 

• Handle graphic design requests for client and advisor presentations in PowerPoint as needed.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Experience in B2B marketing and communications

• Experience in managing a proposal answer database is an asset

• Experience in the financial services sector

• Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

• Strong proficiency in the Office 365 suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools
