Barbaricum is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing essential support to our active and diverse Business Development (BD) portfolio through research, coordination, and organization of files and knowledge management. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional writing and editing skills to the role, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Proposal Center and contributing to the overall success of Barbaricum's BD efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create outlines, compliance matrices, and templates
• Provide editing and compliance support
• Coordinate data call responses to prime contractors for subcontracting opportunities
• Prepare administrative and past performance sections
• Lead proposal production and delivery coordination/logistics
• Research proposal specific information as assigned
• Track bids in evaluation and reach out to Contracting Officers for status updates
• Write proposal sections including past performance and management volumes (once comfortable with above roles)

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated writing and research experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Prior experience with government contracting preferred
• Writing samples may be requested during the interview process
