Job Description
The OpportunityÂ
Flywire is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to manage the end-to-end proposal process for opportunities in the US, Canada, Europe and other global locations. The role will primarily work with our Education and Healthcare verticals in North America, but will also be expected to support our other business verticals and global regions. The Proposal Manager will:Â
- Manage proposals from receipt to submission, working as the main point of contact to communicate requirements and coordinate responses
- Review client needs, help develop and articulate win messages, project manage the response schedule, format and submit the completed proposal
- Author proposal documents and convey information in clear and concise copy that communicates our company and product capabilities
- Ensure proposals comply with Flywire’s governance process and corporate policies
- Help manage our proposal content library and keep information up-to-date
- Collaborate successfully with FlyMates located worldwide, including sales, product & engineering and compliance teams
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking ForÂ
- 7+ years of proven experience managing proposals (RFIs, RFPs, etc)
- Experience in responding to US and Canadian public sector RFPs (preferably Higher Education and/or Healthcare)
- Excellent understanding of - and ability to apply - proposal management best practice
- Must be working in either EST or CST
- Proactive drive and enthusiasm to lead proposals, work with internal teams, and meet hard deadlinesÂ
- Excellent writing skills and creative flair
- Experience in submitting proposals via client RFP/procurement e-portals and managing paper copy submissions
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Suite
- BA degree requiredÂ
Ideally, Experience In:
- Using proposal management software (preferably Loopio)
- Using CRM applications (preferably Salesforce)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000-$90,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits.
