POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and impactful Digital Experience Services Proposal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the development and execution of compelling proposals and RFP responses for our digital experience services. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, effective project manager, and someone with a solid understanding of digital solutions and services.

 ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Lead the end-to-end process of proposal development and RFP responses for digital experience services, ensuring high-quality, tailored responses to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, solution architects, designers and subject matter experts, to gather relevant information for proposals and sales presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain organized documentation.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and expectations, ensuring proposals are aligned with client needs, tracking to completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of proposal content.
• Develop and implement a strategic approach and process to proposal management, aligning proposals with the company's overall business objectives and client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance proposal content and differentiation. Assist with crafting compelling and persuasive content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our digital experience services.
• Identify and manage services sales content, continuously developing and improving from past learnings and stakeholder feedback.
• Implement quality assurance processes to review and refine proposal content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews to identify areas of improvement and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Skills:

• 2-3 years experience as a proposal manager or project manager in a sales support organization.
• Strong spreadsheet and presentation tools experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal management and RFP process for digital experience services.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital technologies, user experience (UX), and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with short turnaround timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
