Proposal Operations Expert

Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Proposal Operations Expert to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. This position will collaborate with the Delivery Engineering, Data Analytics, and the Go To Market teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct complex financial models that accurately depict financial summary of multi ECM or solar projects
• Work with high level of autonomy and serve as subject matter expert in field of energy project financing
• Proficient in modelling for creating financial proposals related to energy savings projects
• Create contract documents and proposal summaries templates
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in India and US to develop sales pitch for clients, proactively recommend Kaizan opportunities in the process
• Set up logic for processes in Salesforce
• Review forecast, budget, analyse scenarios and reverse engineer excel models created by junior team members
• Execute ad hoc tasks related to improving modelling accuracy by defining or improving parameters
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Advanced understanding of energy conservation and associated measures like solar, lighting and HVAC
• Advanced excel skills-Pivot Tables, Creating Charts, conditional formatting, basic formula functions
• Ability to identify key financial assumptions and trends that would impact future results
• Strong communication skills written & verbal
• Self-starter that can work independently and within a team
• Self-motivated and independent; Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Engineering or equivalent years of experience; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
