You will be working with our UKI Practice Managers and Expert Labs sellers to formulate and produce high quality proposals using a wide range of IBM tooling and expertise. There will be a lot of learning and opportunity to grow and develop.

You will become a trusted advisor both within IBM and externally with our clients; ensuring that IBM Expert Labs engagements are transacted against best practice and high quality.

The successful candidate will be well supported working with a great team of professionals across the UKI business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Working with UKI Technology Expert Labs Sales Teams and Delivery Practice leads to formulate and produce proposals for IBM clients. These will cover a broad spectrum of services related to IBM Technologies including Data & AI Automation Systems Security and more.

Build expert knowledge of the systems processes and procedures in order to advise and recommend an optimum path for building high quality proposals. Attention to detail is key when handling contracts and Statements of Work.

Maintain strong relations with fellow IBMers who will need to be consulted and updated for the duration of the proposal cycle and become a trusted advisor to them.

Take ownership of the end-to-end proposal cycle.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge of the sales cycle
• Strong understanding of Contracts and Statement of Works
• Able to work well under pressure with a good prioritisation.
• Knowledge of IBM tooling including but not limited to Sales Force Conga ECR and SDM.

• MS Office Suite
