Operations & Production team as a Prototype Specialist at Anova.

What you'll do:

• Write and update programs for electrically testing wire harnesses based on production drawings.
• Create test apparatuses specific to unique mating connectors to test product functionality.
• Repair defective wire harnesses.
• Maintain records of test apparatuses built and testing reports from the testing machines.
• Ensure CAD drawings are up-to-date with valid notation.
• Maintain a clean prototype shop.
• Support production, testing, and quality control processes as needed.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CAD drawing literacy.
• Basic wood/metalworking skills
• Ability to crimp and solder terminals
• Creative problem-solving skills, particularly in the case of apparatus layout and construction
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively deal with and manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
