We are looking for a talented Prototype Technical Associate to join our team in Stoughton, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs.
  • Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance.
  • Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.
  • Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.
  • Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.
  • Performs and documents preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • This is a 5pm-5am position full time position with overtime possibilities.
  • Requires 2-5 years of work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • ERCV production, maintenance, and production operations.
  • Responsible for fabrication processes.
  • Has knowledge of fabrication shop equipment. (shears, drill presses, hydraulic presses, press brake, band saws, power, and hand tools).
  • Strong technical skills in a hands-on fabrication role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding (TIG, MIG, resistance).
  • Proficient at interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
