Job Overview

The Lead – Provider Data Management is responsible for oversight of daily activities and training for Coordinators – Data Management, as well as assisting with Coordinator functions as necessary. They will also assist the Supervisor with monitoring productivity and quality of Coordinator work assignments, reviewing departmental reports to ensure data integrity, quantity of work, and day-to-day maintenance of provider database. Works closely with Supervisor of Provider Data Management to ensure departmental work queues and goals are addressed in a timely and accurate manner and communicating daily priorities to the staff.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the healthcare industry

3. A minimum of two (2) years of data entry experience

4. Experience in training/mentoring staff on systems and processes

5. Experience in Provider Loading

6. Minimum of two (2) years’ EZCAP experience

Compensation

$26.13 - $32.55 hourly
