As the Provider Enablement Manager, you will drive coordination and delivery of value-based care models in payer and/or provider environments. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as proven project management and coordination skills. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to payor-contracted provider groups participating in value-based contracts.
  • Design, create, and lead webinars/virtual learning sessions aimed at improving the understanding, active participation, and performance in value-based programs.
  • Review, analyze, and extract actionable insights from programmatic reporting and reconciliation reports and claims data for the purpose of direct review with providers.
  • Accurately track and record all learning sessions, webinars, and one-on-one provider meetings.
  • Receive and translate feedback from provider interactions for the improvement and enhancement of Enlace product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal partners on new Enlace products and work streams.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams including technical, contracting, and product to ensure enablement capabilities can be operationalized.
  • Ensure effective project management to execute on objectives, project timeline and goals associated with multifaceted initiatives across various stakeholders.
  • Drive concept development, tracking, and analyses that support provider targeting, and a quantifiable value proposition that aligns to value-based objectives.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of provider partnerships.
  • Maintain and continuously advance knowledge of value-based care, population health, and digital care delivery strategies to ensure Enlace’s provider enablement initiatives are market-differentiated and impactful.
  • Develop polished presentation materials that enable clear communication of initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  • Clinical background (RN, NP, PA).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
  • Familiarity with value-based care programs, reporting, and claims data.
  • Willing to work PST hours when required.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with specific expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel when required.
