How you'll make an impactÂ
The Provider Strategy and Insights team is focused on better understanding our current and potential providers through research, analytics and segmentation and then working cross-functionally to drive action plans to deliver our providers with the right information, right offers, right programs for where they are at in their careers at that time. Ultimately this work will drive improvements in provider satisfaction, engagement and retention. As programs are developed and deployed we will constantly monitor progress and modify programs and measurement to continually improve our understanding and the value we bring to our provider group.
What you'll doÂ
- Work in partnership with the Analytics team to define and execute on analysis of our provider segments to continually improve understanding and programs for each segment.
- Define and execute on research programs to better understand provider segmentsÂ
- Develop, communicate and execute on programs to deliver added value to providers
- Collaborate with multiple teams on creation and tracking of action plans to address top issues for providers in our offerings, services and communications in order to provide a better experience
- Define and execute a comprehensive provider satisfaction program including action planning across teams to address key issues.
 What you'll bring with youRequired ExperienceÂ
- 3+ years experience in project management, data analysis or marketing operations.
- Strong analytics experience and ability to translate data into insights and recommended actions
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Domo as well as Excel
- Market research experience including survey development, survey delivery tools and survey data analysis.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage high-profile projects and manage expectation
- Experience in business consultingÂ
- Experience in a fast-paced high growth environment
- An understanding of the behavioral health care industry

Our BenefitsÂ
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000- $70,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.Â
