Provider Operations Associate

We’re seeking a Provider Operations Associate to join our growing Virtual Care Operations team. We're looking for folks with experience in healthcare operations to support the onboarding, training, and engagement of our Provider group. We're excited about meeting candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to every college student in the U.S.

The Provider Operations Associate will:

• Report to the VP of Virtual Care Operations
• Support provider onboarding efforts, including credentialing and provider training
• Suggest process improvements to provider onboarding and operations request
• Support providers by answering questions in Slack, through email, and face to face
• Document processes and help create a Provider handbook
• Collaborate with the VCO team to sponsor engagement activities and promote the team culture

• 2+ years experience working with providers in support, operations, program or project management.
• Knowledge of and experience with project management frameworks
• Experience using Slack and Google Suite
• Deep empathy for the provider experience

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 with a 15% bonus
