The Role

As the Provider Operations Associate at Vitable, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Clinical Operations team, as well as our team of affiliated providers. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with our current providers. You will accomplish this by coordinating the day-to-day flow of operations through reviewing and running payroll for providers, building monthly schedules, and managing communications related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new providers. Your administrative support will be crucial to empowering both new and existing providers to deliver unparalleled service to our valued members.

This role will report directly to the ClinOps Manager, and work closely with our Member Support team, as well as our team of Medical Directors.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct administrative support to our Vitable affiliated providers, empowering them to provide top-tier healthcare experiences to our members.
• Assist in the growth and diversification of our provider network by coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires.
• Build and update training resources within our provider hub, ensuring our providers have access to the latest knowledge and tools.
• Manage administrative duties including provider payroll, scheduling, and inventory.
• Contribute to function specific projects under the guidance of your manager, leveraging your skills to advance new initiatives within the Clinical Operations team.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting and/or payroll operations required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or customer support and/or office management strongly preferred 
• Proficiency in utilizing Zendesk or a similar customer relationship management platform
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, particularly in navigating novel challenges alongside teammates
• Highly organized and detail oriented: this role is focused on administrative support and requires critical thinking skills and attention to detail!
• Passionate about healthcare and creating equal healthcare access for all
• Bonus points if you have experience working with clinicians, or if you come from a clinical background!
