Provider Relations Recruiter (Business Development)

Job Summary:
As a Provider Relations Recruiter with The Helper Bees, you will be responsible for identifying aging-in-place service providers and inviting them to join our valued network of organizations providing plan members with the services and supports necessary to age in place at home.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research and engage aging-in-place service providers with the opportunity to join The HelperBees network
  • Contact inbound leads within one business day of receipt
  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities to 100-150 aging-in-place service providers weekly
• Inform prospective providers of the programming opportunities with healthAlign
• Self-manage follow up engagements as needed
• Utilize proprietary technology platform to monitor network development progress via dashboards and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality
• Collaborate with manager to analyze performance and redirect efforts as needed
• Support marketing efforts toward aging-in-place service providers

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:

• Professional phone demeanor
• Ability to self-manage daily efforts and work autonomously in a remote work environment
• Interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Computer proficiency and comfortable learning new technology platforms

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Outbound calling experience

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary Description
40,000 - 45,000
